This pie is possibly Chef Curt’s new favorite pie. We start with our buttery flakey crust and fill the bottom with a layer of our sweet cream cheese. Then we fold in chopped pecans with our fresh peach filling. We top the pie with our flakey lattice crust and bake to a golden brown.
